Senior Sales executive, Estate Agency: Based Chichester, West Sussex

Basic Salary: £22,750 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months)

Realistic Earnings: £30,000 – £32,000

Car Allowance: £2,000

Work Pattern: Enjoy a great work-life balance with 5 days a week, including just a couple of Saturdays (3 on, 1 off) to keep your weekends flexible!

Assist customers in buying or selling homes, Present, negotiate, and manage sales whilst offering a top-tier service, arrange viewings & appointments. Unleash your skills to generate leads, negotiate deals, and drive sales.
Guide customers through the exciting buying/selling journey and feel the excitement of handing over keys to happy new homeowners

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in Estate Agency essential
