Senior Lettings Negiator – Portsmouth Hampshire

Basic Salary: £21,750 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first 2 months)

Realistic Earnings (including commission): £32,000

Work Pattern: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off)

**Previous expereie working within property lettings is essential for this position  **

The Job:

• Make customers feel welcomed and well-cared for throughout their journey
• Assist in presenting and negotiating offers and help progress deals
• Prospect for new properties, arrange viewings, and book additional services (i.e. mortgages)
• Identify leads and generate new business to boost performance
• Primarily office-based, but if you enjoy being out and about, viewings will be a great part of the job!

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of 6 months Lettings experience is essential
• Positive, driven, and ready to make things happen
• A thirst for self-development and a passion for learning
• Genuine care for customers and a strong work ethic
• Full driving license and your own car
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
