Team Leader (Mortgages): Based Medway Kent

Salary: £45,000 per annum OTE £50,000

Work Pattern: 5 days a week Monday–Friday: 08.30–6pm.

The Job:

Lead and manage a team to achieve their personal and business goals.  –  Provide coaching and support through regular observations  –  Help upskill individuals to confidently deliver the right outcome for our customers  =  Carry out regular business review meetings with all individuals in the team.  –  Motivate the team to achieve great results  –  Liaising with the line manager to ensure maximisation of opportunities

What we are looking for:

• Previous sales managerial experience (even better if in financial services)
• Ability to motivate and inspire othersProven background in mortgage advice and sales
• Excellent ability to build rapport
• Exceptional communication skills
• Problem-solving skills, hardworking and focused

• Professional, organised and have a great work ethic

• CEMAP1 qualified (or CAS status) and proven mortgage advisory experience
