Personal Lines Insurance Adviser, Part Time (3 Days a week): Letchworth, Hertfordshire – Salary dependant upon experience.

Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well known and highly regarded Insurance Brokerage, due to their continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an additional Insurance Adviser to join their busy team in Letchworth.

** This is a part time role working 3 days a week, Previous Insurance experience is required for this position **

The Role of Insurance Adviser:

Working in a friendly environment where teamwork and positivity are part of the company culture, the Insurance Advisor position will demand the very best of your all round GI skills from new business to MTA’s, Claims, Renewals and general admin.

You will need excellent customer services skills as you deal with new and existing customers, both over the phone and face to face.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Previous experience working within the Insurance sector is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be dealing with customers of different ages and backgrounds on a daily basis
• Good level of education and Strong literacy & numeracy skills
• Ability develop relationships and work in a team environment
• Excellent telephone manner with great rapport building skills
• Ability to think on your feet and identify sales opportunities
