Jigsaw Recruitment is working alongside a well respected Insurance name, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Account Handler within their team in Leeds
This position requires the candidate to have previous experience, working within Commercial Insurance
The Role:
The successful candidate will Provide a comprehensive Commercial Insurance service to both new and existing customers. Develop an initial and ongoing knowledge and understanding of customer requirements, and ensure these are met at all times.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Prior experience Woking as an Account Handler within Commercial Insurance is essential.
- Knowledge of the Acturis Platform is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Professional presentation and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent organization skills and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
- Self-motivated with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Effective listener with the ability to build rapport with clients, insurers, and colleagues.
