Jigsaw Recruitment are recruiting for a self motivated IFA to join our clients growing team of Advisers… This fantastic opportunity is working with a well established and recognised group of Financial Advisers based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

** Candidates will need to be a fully qualified financial adviser with good experience! There is a live and complete client base ready to work from day one ***

Financial Sales Adviser Role:

• Client Advice: Deliver personalised, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning in line with client objectives and risk profiles.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of trust, service, and ongoing advice.
• Factfinding & Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough client meetings to gather personal and financial information and identify suitable planning opportunities.
• Suitability Reports: Collaborate with the paraplanning team to produce high-quality, compliant suitability reports and financial plans.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advice and documentation meets FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
• Cashflow Modelling: Use tools to demonstrate planning outcomes and support complex financial recommendations.
• Continued Professional Development: Commit to ongoing learning and progress towards Chartered Financial Planner status, supported by the firm

Skills and Experience Required:

• Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent) – essential.
• Progression: Willingness and ambition to work towards Chartered status (Level 6) with full support.
• Experience: Previous experience as a financial adviser
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of pension planning, investment strategies, protection products, and tax-efficient financial solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Client-Focused: Committed to delivering outstanding client service.
• Experience working on computer systems, Good understanding of Microsoft products
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
