About the role:

Your primary focus will be on managing and retaining existing commercial insurance business. You’ll be instrumental in securing renewals, generating revenue, and enhancing profitability, all while ensuring strict adherence to FCA regulations and company best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage renewal business, re-broking to secure the most suitable and cost-effective cover for clients.
• Provide expert product advice and guidance, building strong, professional relationships with clients and insurers.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism in all administrative tasks.
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service and care.
• Maintain full compliance with FCA regulations, Conduct Policies, and company procedures.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) compliantly.
• Manage client and insurer files in accordance with company and FCA standards.
• Support the New Business team as needed.

• Proven experience within Commercial Insurance.
• Ideally, hold a CII qualification or be willing to work towards one.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail.
• A strong understanding of FCA regulations and best practices.
