Floating Branch Manager – Portsmouth Area – Covering multiple branches Basic Salary: £30,000 (plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months) Realistic Earnings £50,000 – £60,000

Jigsaw Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and driven Floating Branch Manager to join a leading Estate Agency across the Portsmouth area. The Role:

As a Floating Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations across various branches within the Portsmouth area, covering holidays, vacancies, and sickness. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, motivating teams, and driving business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead morning meetings and coaching sessions to inspire and guide teams.
• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential leads.
• Conduct property valuations and present them effectively to achieve optimal results.
• Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and establish a reputation as a local property expert.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience within the Estate Agency sector is a must.
• A passion for building strong client relationships and converting valuations into successful listings and sales.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
• High levels of drive, ambition, and resilience to perform under pressure.
• Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients find their dream homes.
• A strong work ethic complemented by a positive and energetic attitude.
