Jigsaw Recruitment are working alongside a well known and highly regarded name within Financial Services, due to their continued growth, our client is looking to recruit additional Customer Services Administrator’s to join their busy team in Bromley
Summary of role
To make outbound calls to existing customers and offer support services and actively identify potential new business/business retention opportunities and assist in referring to the company website, in addition to answering incoming telephone enquiries. Liaise with field force, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms. Also, providing excellent customer services measured against service standards, and provide good customer outcomes.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Excellent knowledge of company products, This will be taught
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise to meet departmental requirements.
- Good computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Empathy towards ethical business model and good customer outcome culture.
