Financial Adviser: Home based position covering Brighton, East Sussex… £45,000 to £85,000 with excellent benefits that include a company car

Jigsaw Recruitment is pleased to be working with this leading name within the Financial Services industry. Our client is looking to recruit additional Financial Advisers to their ever expanding sales team. This excellent opportunity will involve you selling a range of financial products to new and existing customers in the Brighton

* Previous Financial Services experience is not required for this position, however a strong, target driven sales background is essential, as is a motivational approach and full driving licence…. *

The Role of Financial Adviser:

Reporting directly to the area/regional manager the successful candidate will be required to sell a range of Financial Services products to both new and customers, this will be via pre arranged appointments and in the comfort of the customer’s homes. These products will include Personal Insurance, Savings, Investment, Pension Planning and Protection.

* All of the leads are provided and you will be given all the tools to carry out the role, including award winning training and full support *

Candidate Skills and Experience Required:

• Candidates will need to have a successful background in target driven sales and be self motivated to achieve goals
• You will be presentable, with a personable approach: You will be meeting with customers Face to Face at their homes (By Pre Arranged Appointments)
• Flexible, you will be arranging appointments around your client
• Confidence to source business, leads will be provides it would also be an advantage to source additional business
• Excellent written & Verbal Communication and Customer Service skills are essential for this position.
• Previous job stability, our client is looking for someone who is career minded.
• Experience working on computer systems, Good understanding of Microsoft products
• Facilities for a home office set up.
• Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

This role will suit a candidate who has experience of selling to customers in a highly targeted environment; this could be from a variety of sectors. Financial Services would be preferred but isn’t essential

Salary and benefits Package:

Basic Salary of £33,000 per year with bonuses taking the package to £55,000+ in the first year, top advisers are earning £85,000+.
